Before starting training programmes however, the first step is to clearly identify where (and what kind of) employee training and development would reap the most benefits. This is where the Organisational Development Survey comes in, and we usually advise our clients to undertake this first. Once this has been completed it will become clear which of our 360 Degree Employee Assessment Templates to run in order to develop your employees, from operatives to senior managers.
